This music video is driven by a politically charged song and the presence of Luiza Mitteldorf, exploring the loss of humanity in relationships and the growing inability to truly listen to one another.
The process involved filming the artist and performing a 3D facial track, which was then used to create animations in Cinema 4D, later exported and composited in After Effects, merging real performance with digital layers to reinforce the concept.
Role: animation, design
Softwares: After Effects, Cinema 4D Premiere and Photoshop
The technical process behind this music video combined live-action footage with 3D and compositing workflows. The artist Luiza Mitteldorf was filmed with a focus on capturing detailed facial movement, which was then used to generate a precise 3D face track. This tracking data served as the base for building and animating elements in Cinema 4D, allowing the digital layers to follow the performance with accuracy. The rendered animations were then exported and integrated in After Effects, where compositing, timing, and visual treatments unified the real footage and the 3D elements into a single visual language.
